Quarter and half pound All Beef Hamburgers
Build your own burger creation. We use Top round choice beef and ground it to form quarter pound
patties. Flame broiled over our open pit to your taste. You will have all the trimmings including: Deli,
Dijon, Honey, and Yellow Mustard, Ketchup, Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Lettuce, diced Sweet Vidalia
Onions and Sliced Beef Steak Tomatoes. American, Swiss, Cheddar and Provolone Cheese will be at
hand to make the extreme cheeseburger. Or add our Thick hand sliced Bacon and a second Beef
Burger to make the Ultimate Half Pound Bacon Cheeseburger!
Kosher All Beef Franks
All beef hotdogs, served with Deli, Dijon, Honey, or good old fashion Yellow Mustard. Also served
with a choice of: Ketchup, Sweet Relish, diced Sweet Vidalia Onions, Sauerkraut and Chili Topping
all on Freshly Baked Large Hot-dog Rolls.
Sweet Corn on the Cob
Freshly picked Sweet Maryland Corn,(when available) Swimming in
Sweet unsalted butter and served steaming hot. (Salt to your taste)
Baked Beans “Boston Style”
Tasty baked beans simmered to a golden brown with honey,
molasses, ketchup, sautéed sweet Vidalia Onions and brown sugar.
Home made Potato Salad
Thinly sliced Eastern Shore Potatoes blended with our own dressing.
Made with Hellmann's Mayonnaise, sweet Vidalia Onions and celery.
Old World Cole Slaw
Shredded Cabbage blended with our Herb Dressing and Mince Carrots.
Fresh Fruit Salad
Fresh picturesque serving of your favorite in season fruit
Chips and Pretzels
Bottomless Baskets on each table filled with a never-ending
supply of quality name brand Chips and Pretzels.

Grills and all cooking and service equipment included.
Standard paper supplies and table coverings included.
Options:
Tables and chairs can be rented by Patrick’s and charged to the client.
Assorted Sodas and bottled water, for four hours $2.50 per person.
Beer (regular and light) $3.50 per adult over 21 years per hour.
Musical Entertainment can be provided. The cost will be determined by musicians.
Sports event organizers and teaching coaches can be provided.
